Confused is about a guy in a boy-band who decided to have a solo career and then finds his himself and his true sexuality, very pretentious indeed. The idea was to use the regulary cheesy boy-bandish lyrics and then make a gay twist in the end. Weird, we admit it. Listen and you will see (hear).
