Yeah, dawg! (Notice the John Coltrane – Stardust t-shirt)
My hotcake.
The fishy market.
Saw this one at Café Jubilee in Gzira. Maltese marketing is not always the most tasteful…
Sorry for the image quality.
I also wonder why you should be hooked on okmalta.com

We came up with a great business idea today and if you’re fast you might steal it. Are you ready? Here goes…
Set up a fast food place close to Paceville (the major party area in Malta, could be the party area in any city).
Specialize on hangover food like pizzas, burgers and kebab.
Have a hangover set menu, including pizza, taxi home, a hangover pill, and help up the stairs (you can charge a lot for this!).
You can do a light menu as well which will only include a pizza and a map home (for the adventuresome) or a extra special menu which would include a drip as well.
Why not call the place Hangover heaven (the domain name is now for sale!)?

In Malta you’ll find things that you won’t see anywhere else. It happens so often that there’s a super popular website called Only in Malta to document these events. I have my own little archive too and will post things from time to time that only happens in Malta. Here are two examples from today:
Make Christ the centre of your life and live eternal life in Heven (a small industrial city in Holland?).
No comment needed.

Jellyfish stormed a beach in Cocoa Beach (love the name), Florida. Let’s hope the beach summer in Malta doesn’t suffer these kind of invasions.

Do you know Photoshop well? Do you have experience with Illustrator or maybe Flash? Would you like to learn from the best in the business and have a lot of fun while honing your skills?
Then don’t hesitate to apply to the Betsson Creative Internship program.
Oh, by the way, we’re located on the beautiful Mediterranean island of Malta.

My good friend Daniel and I went to Malta Fashion Awards Red Carpet event yesterday (the culmination of the Malta Fashion Week) to watch and support my girlfriend Lenah who was modeling a red dress by a very talented local designer.
I didn’t know what to expect, but ended up being blown away by the experience. The organizers really outdid any event I’ve been to in Malta and especially, sound, lightning and scene decor was top notch. Also a big impressed thanks to all the performers, models and designers who did an absolutely amazing job. I’m definitely going to go to more fashion events in the future, as the organizers of Malta Fashion Awards have that the fashion world can be a pretty interesting place.
Besides being really impressed by the event in general, I am of course very proud with Lenah who really shone in the red creation and walked out on the catwalk like she’s done it a million times. She was born for this stuff.
It was hard to get really good photos, but here are a few to give you a taste taken from Lenah’s blog

Marcus found this in the Sunday times and posted it on his blog it’s not very uplifting, but remember you can CHANGE NOW!
Places are limited though.
I’m in a great and productive mood this Monday morning so I don’t really feel I need this.
